WHAT WE DO - TECHNICAL EVENT MANAGEMENT

Production Magic will work directly with you, the Client or with the Clients Event Management company to ensure a successful and professional event with regard to the technical equipment and technical operational requirements of the event.

We will assist you in the planning and Conceptualizing of the technical support offerings to help maximize the creative use of the applicable technology.

Work with the Client or event designer to create an overall Aural and Visual “look and feel” (often referred to as “the treatment”) so your event can achieve a high Presence without overpowering the audience.

Iterate that design process based on previous examples, on the Clients Vision and constraints of the venue its self.

Populate the overall concept with the most appropriate Visual, Staging, Lighting, Computer, Display, LED Lighting, and Audio Equipment, to implement the specification and “treatment”, while insuring an appropriate level of both equipment and services redundancy.

Work with the client to map a physical equipment and Technical Operations implementation to the project to match with the clients budget, venue capability, and most importantly Audience expectations.

Production meetings to plan the physical implementation of the project. Map the venues Health and Safety , Property preservation, and access and storage regulations against the implementation plan.

Manage in a timely manner the deployment of the equipment, Rigging, and resources – Project Manage the Implementation and setup.

Supply and supervise the operational resources as required for the event.

Manage the de-rigging of the event in line with both the customers requirements sand the regulations of the event venue for equipment movements and storage.
