5th November LED Colour Colour Changing fixtures

Audio Solutions has purchased 36 LED colour changing fixtures to add to the company’s intelligent lighting inventory.

29th October 2004 – Further Rigger training at Audio Solutions

Audio Solutions staff have just completed training to become licenced riggers.

Audio Solutions contracted a consultant out of Brisbane to conduct a course customised for our industry. This is the second time that Audio Solution has run this course and as a result, over 80% of Audio Solutions field staff are now licensed riggers.

16th September 2004 – Parliament House renews period contract with Audio Solutions for 3 more years.

Today, the Department of Parliamentary Services took up it’s option to extend Audio Solutions’ period contract for a further 3 years. This will take Audio Solutions’ relationship with Parliament House to 8 years.

5th April 2003 – Audio Solutions win National Award for excellence in Technical Production.

Last night, Audio Solutions was named as the top company in Australia for Excellence in Technical Production at the Australian Meetings and Events Industry Awards held in Newcastle.

The award was accepted by the company’s co-director, Mr Greg Williams.
Mr Williams commented that "it was a team effort for which we are tremendously proud. It is always good to receive recognition from a peak industry body such as the MIAA" (Meetings Industry Association of Austrlia).

10th July 2002 – Audio Solutions named Telstra & ACT Government Small Business Of the Year.

An audio-visual service business which began in the spare bedroom of a 24-year-old's home, was named the Telstra and ACT Government Small Business of the Year last night.

Deputy Chief Minister Ted Quinlan and Telstra retail general manager Howard Powell presented the company’s Managing Director Mr Simon Byrne and co-director Mr Greg Williams with the small business award and the Ford Business Owner Award.
