Many of the venues in the region present their own challenges to the deployment of a first class Major event – changing natural light intrusion, external noise, noise abatement, access restrictions, loading and access, power availability etc. Production Magic have handled it all before and have the experience

to deliver a stunning user experience to you and your guests. In addition to these a major production has its specialset of challenges regarding ensuring the equipment does not impact on the fire and safety regulations as they relate to the venue in that particular configuration. Heat loading, and peak power consumption.

Parliament House presents its own special set of logistical challenges and responsibilities, and, with our long experience at site, we can take up that challenge on your behalf to ensure a smooth and hassle free experience. Whether it be Parliament House or any other venue Production Magic will ensure you are free to concentrate on making the maximum opportunity out of your time and not expend your resources on dealing with peripheral matters.

The Parliament House Venue in presents a unique set of extra of challenges such as . . . hours of access to various part of the building , access to the goods lift storage areas and loading docks and conflicts with other bookings using these facilities. There are also challenges relating to the placement of cables and the protection of the flooring surfaces.

Regardless of the venue there are additional challenges related to transitioning from say the formal environment, to the speeches and the entertainment events. The extra movment of attendees and the changes in background noise etc all have to be taken care off. Production Magic will not let you down on this.
