Iterate that Clients Populate the overall concept with the most appropriate Visual, Computer, Display, and Audio and constraints of the venue its self. Equipment, while insuring an appropriate level of both equipment and services redundancy.

Work with the client to map a physical equipment and Technical Operations implementation to the project to match with the clients budget, venue capability, and most importantly Audience expectations.

Production meetings to plan the physical implementation of the project. Map the venues Health and Safety , Property preservation, and access and storage regulations against the implementation plan.

Manage in a timely manner the deployment of the equipment, Rigging, and resources – Project Manage the Implementation and setup.

Supply and supervise the operational resources as required for the event.

Manage the de-rigging of the event in line with both the customers requirements sand the regulations of the event venue for equipment movements and storage.
